A Personal Note from Danielle: Seeking Your Stories of Overcoming Stress
Dear Friends,
You might be wondering what happened to my posts/shares. I have been inside the cloud of pain with significant medical issues. I’m doing better, but the scars are real. Here is where I am now and it’s OK. I’m optimistic.
Would you help me with something please. Tell me a time you were stressed and what helped you overcome your fear. Thank you for sharing your experience, it really adds light to the confusion of the stress I endure in my heart and body especially during medical emergencies.
I have missed sharing with and hearing back from you. Be kind, be brave, be happy.
With Love, Danielle

Hi Danielle,
We've crossed paths a few times here and there and I feel for you about the medical aspect. My daughter Gabby has to go to the hospital a lot and is a frequent visitor of Children's National, she wanted me to share her thoughts with you.
"Hi Danielle,
I stay brave and happy by trying to relax, watch some of my favorite movies like Moana, Boss Baby, and Trolls. I also like to have my phone, favorite blanket and Dollies."
We hope this helps and our hearts are with you. Take care and hope to see you around.
